Panacea Prola Butterfly
 
An original gouache painting with heavy textures on Deep Blue handmade paper by ShareStudio, matted on birch cradled wood panel. The size of the painting is approximately 4" x 6" and 1.5" in thickness. It comes varnished with 3 coats of Krylon Kamar spray varnish to ensure protection from sunlight over time. The wood panel is double varnished with clear waterbased sealants to give a smooth feel and a longer life.
 
I love experimenting and playing with new mediums. For this collection, the painting will come accompanied with a felt embroidered Moth Brooch (in a separate box). It is attached with a safety lock pin on the back. The felted moth can be worn as a Pin/Brooch on your clothes. There is also an option to attach it to the artwork by slipping the back safety pin into the brass beads that are stuck on the painting. Please note, the brass beads are super glued to the painting. It is a very delicate process to finagle the back pin of the Brooch while attaching it to the painting, so please be cautious while doing so.
