This is a reproduction of the original painting triptych from the collection called 'Birds and Biomes' that was done with gouache and embroidery. It has been printed on acid free, heavy 88lb. Polar Matte Paper using a professional fine art printer. These are greeting cards that are 4"x6" in size when folded and 8"x6" in size when opened. The inside of the cards is left blank and is perfect for handwritten notes.

This is a set of 3 greeting cards. There is an option of selecting your choice of envelope. The set comes with small info cards that describes each artwork.
 
Info card (Whooping Cranes): A dance that involves leaping, wing flapping, head tossing and even occasionally flinging feathers is the courtship dance between two potential Whooping crane mates. With the snowy landscape of the Taiga biome in the background, I wanted to give the dance a surreal quality of elegant playfulness.
 
Info card (Warblers): The Taiga biome or the boreal forests are a home to at least 53% of the Warbler species of North America. I wanted to depict this fact by painting a variety of them sitting on a Cedar tree on a cold winter day. Painted here are the Canada Warbler, Magnolia Warbler and the Tennessee Warbler.
 
Info card (Gyrfalcon): Largest falcons in the world, Gyrfalcons are known for their large size and speed. They have a variety of colors of plumage ranging from white to almost black. Choosing to show off these characteristics, I decided to paint one with white plumage and mottled gray spots sitting on a borrowed tree nest.
