Asian Florals and Folklore

I had my first ever solo show in April 2023 at Lan Su Chinese Garden in Portland, Oregon. The theme of this show was the spring flowers that were in the process of blooming in the Garden at that time. These are the nine paintings I created for the show. They all have some Asian cultural reference in terms of the flowers used. It was an incredible opportunity for me and the appreciation I received from the people who visited plus the staff, especially the Horticulture team, has overwhelmed me with happiness.
